PS110 is hosting our first Fête de la Musique music festival on June 18th following Field Day!
Fête de la Musique is a popular celebration in over 120 countries where all styles of music are represented by both professional and amateur musicians during free concerts in mid-June. Come join the fun during our own free concert starting after 2:30pm pickup.
What happens at Fête de la Musique?
We are converting the Monitor Garden into a music festival! A performance area will be setup where you can check out sets from our own PS110 families. Come sing, dance and catch up with friends! Entrance is free; food and PS110 merch will be available for purchase.
Who is performing?
Why not you?? Share your talents with our community! All musical styles, instruments and skill levels welcome (we just ask that any student artists have an adult supervisor). Sign-up for a ~20 minute set between 2:45pm and 5:20pm on ParentSquare here or bring your instrument and join the jam session from 5:20 - 6pm (no signup required, but you can email us to coordinate with other artists). The festivities will conclude with a DJ set until dusk,

- Share your culinary treats with the community and help raise money for the school by joining in the Fête de la Musique Bake Sale. Sign-up are on ParentSquare here!
- We will need lots of hands to set up the performance area, staff the food and merch booths and keep things running smoothly. Keep an eye on ParentSquare - sign-ups will be posted along with Field Day.
